Golden Tree Tarot offers free readings, free-sample readings with paid unlocks, fully paid readings, credit-based readings, and one-card Yes/No readings. Each reading page shows the number of cards, access method, price or credit cost, and whether reversed cards can be used.
Are tarot readings professional advice?
No. Tarot readings, horoscopes, crystal information, and spiritual content are for entertainment, inspiration, and personal reflection. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee a particular outcome.
How does a free-sample reading work?
You select the complete spread, but only the stated sample cards and meanings are initially shown. The remaining cards stay locked until you pay for the reading or use the required number of reading credits.
Can the website select my cards for me?
Yes. When the option is available, choose “Select Cards For Me” and the system will randomly select the required number of unique cards. Reversed cards are used only when you turn on the reversal option.
Are reversed tarot cards used automatically?
No. Reversals are off by default. You can choose “Use reversed cards and meanings” before selecting cards. If you leave it off, all cards and interpretations remain upright.
What happens when I pay to unlock a reading?
The website preserves the reading and selected draw, sends you through the secure WooCommerce checkout, and returns you to the same reading after successful payment. The remaining cards and meanings should then be unlocked.
Do I need an account to buy a reading?
A one-time reading may begin without an account, but an account is required or automatically created during eligible checkout when it is needed to connect the purchase, credits, subscription, saved draw, or reading history to you.
Why was an account created during checkout?
Credits, subscriptions, saved readings, and post-payment access must be attached to a customer. The account is created from the email used at checkout. You can use the password setup or reset email to access My Account.
What are reading credits?
Reading credits are account-based units used to unlock eligible tarot readings. A reading displays how many credits it costs. Credits are not cash and cannot be redeemed or transferred.
How are credits deducted?
Credits are deducted only when you explicitly choose to use them for an eligible reading. The configured reading cost is deducted once. When both types are available, expiring subscription credits are generally used before purchased credits.
Do purchased reading credits expire?
One-time purchased credits are designed not to expire unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise. Subscription credits can be tied to the paid subscription period or plan rules shown at purchase.
What happens if I do not have enough credits?
The unlock window may let you pay for the individual reading, buy an eligible credit pack, or start a Reading Pass. When checkout is started from the reading, the site preserves the draw so it can return to the same reading after payment.
How do Reading Pass subscriptions work?
A Reading Pass renews at the frequency and price shown at checkout and adds the stated number of credits after a successful initial payment or renewal. Available plans may be weekly, monthly, or yearly.
Do unused subscription credits carry over?
Credits may carry forward according to the specific plan and credit expiration shown for that paid period. Your current balances can be viewed in the account or credit area.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open My Account and use the subscription-management area when available. Canceling stops future renewals but does not normally refund a completed payment or restore credits already used. Contact [email protected] if you need assistance.
Where can I see my credit balance and saved readings?
Use the My Account button. The account area may show purchased credits, active subscription credits, orders, subscriptions, and eligible saved reading history.
Can I use a discount code on a reading?
When available, enter the code in the “Have a discount code?” field within the pay-for-this-reading option. WooCommerce validates eligibility, expiration, usage limits, customer restrictions, and product restrictions. Reading coupons do not automatically apply to credit packs or subscriptions.
Why did I receive a “Continue my reading” link?
That link is shown only when an order was started from a specific saved tarot reading and contains the information needed to return to it. Standalone credit-pack or subscription purchases should not display a reading continuation link.
What should I do if my reading did not unlock?
First, sign in with the email used at checkout and return to the original reading or use the continuation link on the order-received page. If it remains locked, email [email protected] with the order number and reading name. Do not purchase the same unlock again.
Can I receive my reading by email?
Some readings include an option to email the result. Use an address you can access and check spam or promotions folders. Email delivery is a convenience and does not replace access through the website.
Where can I watch video readings?
Video readings may be available on the Golden Tree Tarot YouTube channel, embedded on this website, or posted exclusively on the website. Some videos may appear in both places.
How often are horoscopes available?
The horoscope section can include daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly guidance for each zodiac sign, with general, love, career, and money themes where available.
Are crystal photos and colors exact?
Crystals and natural stones vary in color, inclusions, pattern, texture, shape, and size. Photographs are representative, and display settings can also affect color. Natural variation is not normally considered a defect.
