After checkout, you will be asked to share your name, your question or area of focus, and any relevant context you’d like included. The more clearly you share your intention, the more tuned-in your reading will be.

Delivery times are specified on each reading listing at the time of purchase. In general, most readings are delivered within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, delivery may take slightly longer — we will always communicate any delays.

You can bring almost any question or area of life — love and relationships, career, personal growth, spiritual path, family, or general life guidance. We ask that questions be open-ended rather than yes/no, as the cards offer the most richness when given room to speak.

We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice through our readings, and we are unable to answer questions intended to harm or manipulate others.

Tarot readings are a personal, time-invested service and are generally non-refundable once delivered. Refunds may be considered only if your reading was not delivered within the agreed timeframe, or if a verified technical error caused a duplicate charge. Our shop features a curated selection of crystals and gemstones, spiritual tools and accessories, candles, incense, tarot and oracle decks, books, and other items chosen for their beauty and energetic quality. New arrivals are added regularly, so check back often!

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times after dispatch depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays and peak periods can affect delivery timelines.

Please check the shipping options available at checkout for your country. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

We begin processing orders quickly, so modifications and cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

The properties we describe for our crystals and spiritual items are based on traditional, folkloric, and spiritual belief systems passed down for centuries. Many people find crystals and spiritual tools meaningful supports for intention-setting, meditation, and personal practice.

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Yes — always. Merchandise must be physically returned to us and received before any refund or replacement is issued. No exceptions. We inspect all returned items before processing.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide a return shipping address. Do not send items back without your RA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item sent: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
• Change of mind or wrong item ordered: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and, once received and verified, offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our video readings are embedded directly on the website. You can browse and watch them from our Videos page. Some content may also be published on our YouTube channel — links are provided on the site.
