This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and order problems are handled for digital readings, credits, subscriptions, and physical products.
Digital tarot readings
Because a digital tarot reading is delivered immediately after payment or credit use, a completed and successfully unlocked reading is generally final and nonrefundable. This includes paid readings, paid portions of free-sample readings, and Yes/No readings.
We will review a request when a verified technical error prevented the reading from unlocking, the wrong amount was charged, or a duplicate charge occurred. Please contact us within 7 days of the charge and include the order number and the email address used at checkout. When possible, we may first restore access or correct the credit balance rather than issue a refund.
Reading credits
Purchased reading-credit packs are generally nonrefundable after credits have been added to the account or any credit from the pack has been used. If a duplicate credit-pack purchase or verified payment error occurs, contact us within 7 days. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
Reading Pass subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation does not normally refund a completed initial payment or renewal, and partial billing periods are not prorated. Credits already used are not restored. If a renewal was duplicated or processed after a timely cancellation due to a verified system error, contact us within 7 days so the order can be reviewed.
Deleting an account or ceasing to use the service does not automatically cancel a subscription. Use the subscription controls in My Account when available or contact us for assistance.
Physical products
Unless a product page states otherwise, contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return of an eligible physical item. The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase is required. Do not send a return until you receive return instructions.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the order. Original shipping charges are not refundable except when required by law or when the return results from our error. We recommend tracked shipping because we cannot refund a return that is not received.
Items that cannot be returned
Digital readings, used credits, gift cards, downloadable content after access, personalized or custom-made goods, intimate or personal-care items after opening, and clearance/final-sale items are not returnable unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Inspect physical orders promptly. Contact us within 7 days after delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Natural variation in crystals and stones—including color, inclusions, texture, pattern, shape, or size within the stated range—is not considered a defect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. We cannot issue a refund to a different card, account, or person.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of digital access, or repeated policy violations may result in account restrictions.
