Effective date: June 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Golden Tree Tarot, including tarot readings, reading credits, subscriptions, video content, horoscopes, crystal information, and physical merchandise.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting goldentreetarot.com, creating an account, purchasing a product, starting a tarot reading, buying reading credits, or beginning a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Entertainment and personal-reflection disclaimer
Tarot readings, horoscopes, spiritual content, crystal information, and related materials are offered for entertainment, inspiration, and personal reflection only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other professional advice. They do not predict guaranteed outcomes and should not replace qualified professional care or your own judgment. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase paid readings, credits, subscriptions, or products. By using paid services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a contract.
4. Accounts
An account may be required for reading credits, subscriptions, saved readings, reading history, and some purchases. During an eligible checkout, an account may be created using the email address you provide. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Tarot readings and saved draws
A reading may be free, include a free sample, require a one-time payment, require reading credits, or accept either payment method. The number of cards, free cards, reversal option, price, and credit cost are shown in or near the reading. Where available, you may select cards yourself or use “Select Cards For Me.”
When checkout is started from a locked reading, the website may preserve the reading ID, selected cards, reversal preference, and saved draw so you can return to that same reading after successful payment. A completed paid or credit-based unlock is intended for the purchaser’s personal use.
6. Reading credits
Reading credits are a limited, non-cash license to unlock eligible readings. They are not money, gift cards, bank deposits, or transferable property and have no cash value. Purchased credits may accumulate on your account. Subscription credits may have an expiration tied to the applicable paid subscription period. When a reading is unlocked with credits, the displayed credit cost is deducted once. Expiring subscription credits may be used before non-expiring purchased credits.
7. Reading subscriptions
Reading Pass subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency and price shown at checkout until canceled. Each paid initial order or renewal may add the stated number of credits to your account. Unused credits may carry forward only as described for the specific plan and while the applicable credit lot remains valid. You can review and manage an active subscription through My Account when supported by the payment method and subscription system.
Canceling stops future renewals but does not reverse a completed charge or restore credits already used. Access and remaining subscription credits may continue only through the period or expiration shown for the plan.
8. Prices, payment, taxes, and discount codes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change prospectively. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown, including applicable taxes and shipping. Discount codes are subject to their stated restrictions, expiration dates, usage limits, customer eligibility, and product limitations. A discount code for a direct reading purchase does not automatically apply to credit packs or subscriptions unless expressly stated.
9. Physical products and shipping
Physical products may vary naturally in color, pattern, shape, texture, size, and weight, especially crystals, stones, and handmade or nature-derived goods. Product photographs are representative, and screens may display colors differently. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass as allowed by applicable law and the carrier’s delivery terms.
10. Videos, testimonials, and third-party services
Video readings may be hosted on YouTube, embedded from YouTube, or posted exclusively on this website. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that every customer will have the same experience. Reviews and testimonials must be honest and may not be fabricated, misleading, or submitted in exchange for a required positive sentiment.
11. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The website design, tarot interpretations, reading layouts, artwork, graphics, logos, written content, videos, software, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Golden Tree Tarot and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use purchased or viewed content for personal, noncommercial purposes only. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, train an automated system on, reverse engineer, bypass a paywall, share account access, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.
12. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security or payment systems, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, use the services unlawfully, harass others, or submit content that violates another person’s rights. We may suspend or close accounts and refuse service when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the website.
13. Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue features, readings, prices, credit packages, subscription plans, or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, payment delays, browser settings, caching, or internet failures may affect availability.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Tree Tarot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on spiritual or entertainment content. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law in your location requires a different result.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the website and services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent allowed by law.
